Enjoy about coaching: I have always enjoyed helping people and this is no different on track. Knowing that I have helped people not only achieve their goals but be a better and safer rider holds a lot of value to me. Another great thing about coaching is that I have not only made lifelong friendships but continue to do so and some of them are other coaches. A track weekend is not just a place for me and my two girls to go ride together but it is more like a family gather for us!
